Based on your feedback, we may need to make some changes to the draft NDA until both parties are satisfied with all the terms.
Once the draft NDA is finalised, we will proceed to the formal signing stage.
Signature and implementation
The formal signing of the NDA can be done either by electronic signature or traditional paper document signing, and then the collaboration officially begins.
Will signing an NDA make the order processing time longer ？
No, signing an NDA is part of our standard process and will have no impact on your order processing time.
If I don't want to sign an NDA, can I still work with your company?
While we strongly recommend that all customers sign an NDA to protect your rights, it is not a requirement for co-operation. We will respect your choice and discuss other possible confidentiality measures.
If I have questions about some of the terms of the NDA, can I make changes?
Of course you can. Our goal is to build mutual trust and a long-term relationship with each of our clients.
